Cancelation Policy
We choose to respect your time as well as ours. True Balance Body Work will be starting a cancelation policy in effect June 4, 2014.
Reschedule/ cancel your appointment before 24 hours . To avoid a $35 fee. Which will be your responsibility to pay on your next visit. Repeated cancelations we will ask that you pre-pay for your time slot.
Less than 24 hours notice and No-shows will be charged full rate, and require future payments at time of booking.
We will do our best to respect your valuable time and be on time for your appointment. Please consider your time slots, as others could be looking for sessions as well!!!
